It's been a long time since we've met and now we're going back to work again.
A few things to take note of...

Duties:
Sorting Out of games Comm Logistical Requirements: Clarissa, Thivya, Shu Ying and Ruo Ting.
Sorting Out of Singspiration Comm Log Requirements: Angel and Sian Ling
Angel and Clarissa, you two will be in charge of sending the tables back to myself to collate. Thanks. There will be no particular deadline just yet but do try do to it when you have free time.
You all would have to place these items needed by different comms. in a table format, with the basic headings of item, quantity, cost per item, total cost, where it can be bought from. (School or NTUC)
Remember to research on the cheapest and most worth it items and check with the school if we have them already. Bargain if possible. :)
With regards to items in the Prefect's room, Bi Hui has given me permission only to the trash bags, about the other, i'll have to ask her so if you think something can be taken from there, feel free to ask me or any other prefects.
Those who are going back to school, do count the no. of standard tables and round tables as well as chairs in the canteen and drop Joleen a text as well. Thanks. :) Joleen is in charge of this and when you're done, you can send me the food proposal.
